GradeScroll Terms of Use

Use of GradeScroll

GradeScroll is a study tool that helps generate and review learning material. You are responsible for the material you upload and for reviewing generated content before relying on it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Study Content

You keep ownership of the notes, documents, photos, and text you upload. You grant GradeScroll permission to process that content to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use GradeScroll for unlawful activity.

Generated Output

Generated study cards and explanations may be incomplete or incorrect. GradeScroll is not a substitute for professional, academic, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through Apple, Google, or other supported app store purchases. Subscription availability, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through the app store account used for purchase unless GradeScroll states otherwise in the app.

Privacy

GradeScroll's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as GradeScroll changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
